Family & Alumni Program
Recovery is stronger with people around it. We bring your loved ones into the process and keep you connected to your community long after formal treatment ends.
Addiction and mental illness affect the whole family. So does healing.
Loved ones often carry fear, exhaustion and confusion for years before someone enters treatment. Our Family Program gives them education, tools and a place to be heard.
- Weekly family sessions with your primary therapist during PHP and IOP, focused on communication, boundaries and rebuilding trust
- Multi-family group where families learn alongside others walking the same road
- Family education on the science of addiction and mental health, the recovery process, and how to support without enabling
- Support for the supporters, including guidance on self-care, Al-Anon and other family resources
- Virtual and flexible, so family members can participate from anywhere, including out of state
Family participation is always with the client's consent and in accordance with federal and state privacy law.
What families tell us they need
- UnderstandingWhat is actually happening, and why willpower alone was never the answer.
- LanguageHow to talk about hard things without the conversation collapsing.
- BoundariesHow to support recovery while protecting your own wellbeing.
- CommunityOther families who understand, without needing an explanation.
Discharge is a milestone, not a goodbye.
The connections you build in treatment are one of your strongest protective factors. Our Alumni Program keeps them alive.
- Weekly virtual alumni group open to everyone who has completed a level of care with us
- Scheduled check-ins from our team at 30, 60, 90 days and beyond
- Recovery coaching for navigating milestones, setbacks and life transitions
- Continued psychiatry and medication management for those who want it
- Rapid re-engagement: if you need to step back into Outpatient or IOP, you return to a team that already knows you
- Alumni events and workshops on topics chosen by the community

A Door That Stays Open
Setbacks happen. Coming back is a sign of strength, and it is easy.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
Our admissions help line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. One confidential call is all it takes to learn your options, verify your benefits, and schedule a clinical assessment, often within 24 hours.
