Information you share on this website
When you complete a contact or insurance-verification form, we collect only the information needed to reach you and begin a benefits check: your name, phone number, email address, insurance carrier and any message you choose to include. We ask you not to include detailed health information in web forms; our team collects anything sensitive securely by phone.
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Protected health information
Once you become a client, your health information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state privacy law. Records relating to substance use disorder treatment receive additional federal protection under 42 CFR Part 2. We do not disclose your information to employers, family members or outside providers without your written authorization, except as permitted or required by law.
Telehealth
Clinical services are delivered through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Sessions are not recorded. You will be asked to provide informed consent for telehealth before your first session.

This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
